We offer yoga, pilates, barre, bootcamps, dance and spin! With over 70 classes each week, there's something for everyone.
What classes do you offer?
Pre-book using MindBody on Android or Apple! You can also book through our website.
How do I book a class?
Park along Lawrence Ave. There is plenty of paid parking available. (Payment required 9am - 6pm)
Where do I park?
Bring water, active wear and indoor gym shoes (mat optional) - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
