Things you should know

Frequently Asked Questions

Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your instructor and get a tour of the studio. For your safety and to avoid disruption of the class, we do not allow first-timers into class late.  We recommend trying our "Pure Barre" or any of our spinal stability or sculpt pilates class to start.

Pre-book using MindBody on Android or Apple! You can also book through our website. Or download the MINDBODY app on Apple Store or Google Play!

Booking Classes

We understand that life can get hectic, and you may run behind schedule. If you're running late, please call to let us know you're on your way. However, to ensure the smooth running of the class, we won't admit participants who are more than 5 minutes late.

Running Late

Individual classes can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before the class start time. After 3-hours, this would be considered a late cancellation and you are subject to a $10 fee or loss of class credit. If you do not show up for your class, this will be considered a ‘no-show’ and a $19 fee will be charged for all pricing options.

Cancellation Policy

Full-time students are eligible for a 15% discount on all Packs and Memberships. Please email info@sweatkelowna.com with proof to get sweatin'! Discount is not eligible on the intro offer, drop-ins. or already discounted items

Park along Lawrence Ave. There is plenty of paid parking available. (Payment required 9am - 6pm)

Intro Offer

Our intro offer is valid for 14 days, day one starting on the day of your purchase. Intro offers can not be extended, transferred or refunded.

Phone Policy

We love our studio and encourage photos before and after class. Please silence and put away all phones once class begins and keep them stored for the duration of the session.

What classes do you have?

We offer yoga, pilates, barre, bootcamps, dance and breathwork! With over 50 classes each week, there's something for everyone.

Membership Holds

Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 2 months in a calendar year.

Cancelling Memberships

We require written notice by email to info@sweatkelowna.com. Cancellation policies and fees apply.

Injuries

Please let us know of any injuries that would prevent you from attending class. Doctor's note required for any membership holds or cancels.
