Sweat is a premier group fitness facility offering pilates, yoga, barre, bootcamps, dance and cycle.

What is Sweat?

We offer yoga, pilates, barre, bootcamps, dance and spin! With over 70 classes each week, there's something for everyone.

What classes do you offer?

You will always need to pre register for classes using the Mindbody App. If it's your first time, start by clicking the orange 'book' button then create/link your mb account. If you have been to the studio before Sign into your mindbody account and search for ‘Sweat'’ then select the class you want to attend. Download the MindBody App for your Apple or Android below, use your login info and make the pre registration process a breeze in one click.

How do I book a class?

Park along Lawrence Ave. There is plenty of paid parking available. (Payment required 9am - 6pm)

Where do I park? 

Bring water, active wear and indoor gym shoes (mat optional) - Please arrive 15 prior to class.
